We will manage end-to-end EU distribution for Helvia Retail Group, one of the region’s fastest-growing speciality retailers, under a five-year agreement signed this week.
The scope covers inbound ocean freight from three Asian sourcing markets, bonded storage at Rotterdam, and store replenishment to more than 400 locations across nine countries.
One contract, one desk
Helvia previously ran four regional providers with four systems between them. From October they move to a single contract, a single named account team and one view of stock across the network.
Transition begins with the Benelux estate in Q4, with the remaining markets phased through the first half of next year.
